Develop candidate through original research, existing database, previous experience on similar projects and wide range of industry

Second? week to Third week
Consultant interview & Recommendation

Conduct interviews and develop shortlist candidates with respect to experience, personal characteristics, management style, and likely long-term fit with client¡¯s organisation

Third or Fourthly week
Client Interview

3 to 5 qualified candidates will be provided to the client for interview as per the respective party¡¯s schedules.

Fifthly week Feedback and reaction

Communicate with client about the interview result to determine whether take the second round or make reference check.
